I don’t cook often, like really I don’t cook much at all. But I promise you, I am trying to change that! It’s so much easier to monitor what is going in your body when you’re in charge of, well, what goes in your body…. Tonight, I made Cajun Chicken Pasta with Gluten free noodles. It was SPICY but enjoyable. Next time, I’ll probably go easier on the cajun seasoning.
