This morning was a yogurt and coffee kind of morning. I woke up hungry, but not THAT hungry. You know, like the ‘I would eat a tall stack of pancakes with a side of waffles right now if I could’. So I decided on yogurt.
Plain Fage Yogurt
1 packet of Stevia
1 tsp Cinnamon
Freshly washed organic blueberries
A sprinkle of Oli+Ve Vermont Maple Vinegar
This breakfast is light and simple, while still being loaded with nutrients and antioxidants.
