For someone who wakes up with a very hungry tummy, this sugar, gluten and dairy free Oat Bran is perfect!
1/4 c Oat Bran
1 c cold water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp Oli+Ve Vermont Maple Vinegar
Mix these ingredients in a large bowl, because the oat bran does rise an awful lot (I learned this the hard way). Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir. Microwave for 30 more seconds and it should be thickened enough to enjoy. If not, continue to heat in 15 second intervals to avoid a mess.
When fully cooked, I like to sprinkle some organic blueberries on top and about a teaspoon (or to taste) of Oli+Ve Vermont Maple Vinegar. (If I really wake up with a sweet-tooth, I will use a half of a packet of Stevia or Stevia in the raw) Enjoy!
